Rooms presented as old-fashioned and need repairs!!! Insufficient soundproofing leading to noise disturbances was frustrating!!! The overall management failed to address significant cleanliness issues during my stay!!!

I absolutely loved my stay in the Classic Double Room, which featured a coffee machine perfect for enjoying that morning brew! The historical charm of the decor truly makes the ambiance unique. I stayed here for a short trip to explore Douai's attractions, specifically visiting the nearby Musee de la Chartreuse and walking around the charming streets. The room had a cozy atmosphere and the breakfast offered a good variety, which was a nice start to the day. I really appreciated the close proximity to the city center, making it easy to stroll to restaurants or shops without any hassle. we found the stairs to our second-floor room quite steep, which was a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage.

The Classic Double Room had a cozy atmosphere with all essentials. It came with a private bathroom, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. Really appreciated the heating and the coffee machine. The staff were nice and understanding when we mentioned some issues. The location was super central! Would def stay again.
